WHAT THIS BLOG IS ALL ABOUT

This blog is dedicated to car DIY's, who spends untold time, energy, and of course - $$$, to find the pleasure of building a ride, knowing the right thing has been done "under the hood".

For the other world of car owners, who cannot tell which way to turn a nut, this blog is meant as an information sharing. No offense please !

Finally, to promote my friendly home-service autoworkshop at Simpang Ampat, Penang.

My Fast & Furious workshop,
working overtime into the night.

  1. Hi Paul, was wondering if you could have a look at my BMW E30 M40 end 1992 model. Thinking of restoring it back as engine is still beautiful but uncertain if the rusts have gotten better of the car.

    Whereabouts is your garage?

    BR,
    Jeremy

  2. Hi Jeremy;

    I used to own a 1984 732i, and did not hv any problems with rust, except for some minor spots. Beemers are quite resistant to body rust, with exception to those imported from UK, where salt was used in winter roads. Call me on my mobile 016-4726254 if you need me to view your beemer.

  3. Hi Paul,
    I have an altis 04 model. Recently have alot of problems with it. When i switch gear, i hear some loud clicking sound coming from the engine bay even when i am in the car with my aircon on or off. A few of the mechanics i went to cant find the problem, all they said was gearbox problem. I am staying in singapore. I do not mind driving up to penang to look for you as i am a malaysian.
